How You Can Help
Primal
Spirit website is a totally free website. We receive no grants or
outside funding of any kind, so virtually all of the costs come right out of our
pockets. If you are familiar with our site, you know that we aspire to
publish articles and books and other reading material by a number of authors,
all with the intention to do our part to make a difference in a world that is in
dire need of help. Our intention is to provide a clearinghouse for
overlooked but dearly needed information. We feel that the information on
this site would go a long way toward creating
crucial changes to relieve
suffering, unnecessary suffering, in our world, if it were
implemented.
However, this site costs money to put
up and to keep online. We are doing our part. This is our seventh
year online, providing what we think are growing-edge perspectives that the
mainstream media will call "new" perhaps decades from now, and never
before asking a penny of help. And we will, to the best or our ability, continue to
reach into our pockets, to do our part, to facilitate the emergence of this new
paradigm -- a paradigm which values the global environment and is aware of the
crisis looming with our "Earth in the Balance"; a paradigm which seeks
to educate modern medicine, and parents, for the sake of relieving unnecessary
suffering to infants and children; a paradigm which aspires to change the
political scenery to one that values people over profits; and all the rest --
which you can read about on this site.
But we DO need your help. We
cannot do this alone. We value contributions from authors and letters from
readers. This site, nevertheless, would be greatly aided by financial contributions,
of any amount, so that we can continue this effort. With enough
help from people like you we could do even more. We could devote more time
to this effort and expand it in other directions.
If you have been helped by this site or
you agree with its vision and efforts, and therefore you wish to support it, we
urge you to do what you can in making a donation. As I said, any help would be
appreciated.
We have an audience of over 2,000 a week, over
15,000 in
each three-month period, and over 1400 new people a week; and we are growing fast!
I am not talking about "hits," but the actual number of people who
visit the site, no matter how many times they visit. We feel we have an
ever-increasing audience who, now more than ever, are reevaluating what the
mainstream media pushes at them, for reasons which obviously benefit wealthy
corporations and individuals who benefit from a misinformed, docile, apathetic,
and unquestioning populace. Who benefit from a media that throws up sham
issues so people will not see what is being done to them. Who benefit by a
populace whose "heads are in the sand," are kept in fear, and
therefore who dare not speak out when it is obvious -- despite the onslaught of
an "issue du jour" thrown at them by a mainstream media seeking to
divert people's attention and keep them in a trance of trivialities while real
issues are hidden -- that
"the Emperor has no clothes." With over 60 thousand people a
year checking out the alternative perspectives on this site, we believe that more people than ever are fed up with being treated like children
-- spoon-fed the big lies and hypocrisy -- and, are crying out, as John Lennon said,
"Just give me some truth!" To the best of our ability, we are
aspiring to provide that alternative perspective.

too; please visit as often as you want as we continue our efforts to upload
information and perspectives from people of all stripes, perspectives, and areas
of expertise, whose only intention is to help by sharing what they know. We sincerely hope that this site enriches you, and that
alone is a contribution to us, as our intent is to facilitate new thought on
issues that have too long been accepted as true but are harmful to us all.
If our site causes you to think a little differently about our environmental
crisis; our traditional way of parenting, which actually diminishes our
children's happiness and potentials; ways of growing and therapy that actually
work; the importance of spirituality and methods of achieving higher
consciousness that are expressive and loving instead of repressive and divisive;
philosophical perspectives that are the most ancient as well as cutting edge;
indigenous and "primitive" wisdom so that it is respected rather than
scapegoated and ridiculed out of a 40-thousand-year long and therefore deeply
unconscious racism; about our media and political climate so that you are not
taken in by the massively funded, pervasive lies of the "vast right-wing
conspiracy"; then
you have contributed.
But if you think our effort is a
worthwhile one and are able to tithe something towards it, it will add hugely to our ability to continue our "mission," our life's
work, our efforts . . . .
