    The Universe and You 

    Survivor of the paper avalanche,
    victim of the stale
    interpretation of outworn memories --
    you have inhaled the hormones of fear.

    Now you must exorcise the ghost-like
    imprints of memory and conditioned responses
    which haunt you at the level of the cell.

    Holographic imprints of memories,
    your atoms come and go like migratory birds
    flocking together,
    vanishing in the blink of an eyelash
    while new cells make their appearance
    in the intergalactic space of your body.

    Your chance to change
    is the interval between
    curving back to create yourself
    again and again.
