Mickel is also a transformational facilitator, offering individual primal process facilitation; and with his wife, Mary Lynn, he conducts regular workshops in primal breathwork (based on the Holotropic Breathwork™ of Stanislav Grof).  They have recently opened the Primal Spirit Center for Human Evolution, offering authentic primal process sessions, among other offerings (see Primal Spirit Center), and they are offering their facilities as the basis of a possible spiritual-therapeutic community for those committed to the primal-holotropic path of spiritual growth  (See Primal-Holotropic Community in California.)
